Why These Sources Matter
Missouri permits access to many arrest and booking records, but the right source depends on where a person is in the process. The Scotland County Sheriff’s Office holds county jail and booking information. Missouri State Highway Patrol reports cover only patrol arrests, while Case.net records what happens after a case is filed. The Missouri Department of Corrections covers active state custody and supervision. When no public screen supplies the answer, a Sunshine Law request to the proper custodian may be needed. This site organizes those official routes and does not reproduce photographs.
Records Covered Here
The content separates sources by purpose so a county booking is not confused with a court case or state-prison record.
- The county recent-arrests hub, including booking photos, custody checks, records requests, warrants, and correction options.
- Separate same-day, multi-day, and MOVANS custody-notification paths.
- City-specific routes for Memphis, Rutledge, and South Gorin arrests.
- Steps for requesting a releasable booking record or photograph from the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office.

- It cannot release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
- It cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds.
- It cannot provide legal advice.
